Ingredients
Makes about 52 balls

2 kg of potatoes - peeled, boiled & mashed
6 red onions - minced
600g minced pork (can use any minced meat of your choice)
Add 1 teaspoon salt and dashes of white pepper to minced meat 200g butter
2.5 teaspoons of salt and a few dashes of white pepper to potatoes
Japanese flaky bread crumbs or panko
200g plain flour
1 egg
